Spring Garden Gift Card is a gratitude towards our customers who stayed and used our tourist services during their trip in Vietnam.

After our servie completion, a guest will be received the gift card. The gift card is applied in all of our accommodations, tourist services, transportation available in our chain. 

There are 3 discount polices are applied:

+ Policy 1 - Reccommendation Discount: you are recommended by a traveller who used to be guest or bought a service from our chain, scan the QR code on the gift card to be directed to the page but you don't have a physical gift card.

You will be discounted 5% on the total payment when buying services or staying at accommodations.

+ Policy 2 - QR Code Ticket Discount: you are recommended by a traveller who used to be a guest or bought a service from our chain, scan the QR code on the ticket to be directed to the page and you have a QR code ticket given by our guests. You will be discounted 8% on the total payment when buying services or staying at accommodations.

+ Policy 3 - Gift Card Discount: You received the complete physical gift card from our previous guests, scan the QR code on the gift card to be directed to the page. You will get 15% discount on the total payment when buying services or staying at accommodations. You are supposed to bring the gift card.

Please follow these step to receive the discount:

- Go to the page and choose your preferred location for your trip

- Choose accommodation and excursion you are interested and click on a button relatively. You will dowload a brochure. You will find information of accommodation/excursion and their contacts

- Contact the host /operator to make reservation

If you have an actual gift card, please give it a host/excursion operator at the point. After the service completion, you will receive another gift card from them.

Here is an example of how you are supposed to use the gift card

- You receive a gift card from your friend/family member after their trip in Vietnam

- Find your preferred accommodation and excursion. You contact them for making reservation.

Your travel plan is: You'd like to stay in Cat Ba, traveling from Hanoi and then you go to Ninh Binh

- When you arrive in Cat Ba, you will give the gift card to a host of an accommodation. The host will give you another new gift card to replace and cut the gift card in half. You can either keep the leftover piece of the gift card as a souvenir or give it to your traveler's friend.

- When you take an excursion in Cat Ba, before the departure, you will give the gift card to an operator. After the trip, the operator will give you another gift card to replace.

- Similarly to what you'd do in Ninh Binh and other places. 

Please follow these steps to receive the discount

- Choose a location
- Click on accommodation button. You will find names of our accommodations
- Click on a preferred homestay/hotel you would like to book. You will find information of the accommodation such as google map location, host's number, total rooms
- Click on the pdf file to get more details of the place
- Check the rate on booking.com or different OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Agoda, expedia, hostelworld, choose the lowest rate to get a price figure.
- Contact the host to make a reservation.

Please follow these steps to make an accommodation reservation.

- Choose a location
- Click on excursion button. You will find the list of location excursions as well as information such as operator, best season to visit, etc
- Click on download the PDF file to get information.
- Contact the operator to make a reservation.

Please follow these steps to book transportation.

- Choose a location you are staying / starting. Click on the button. You will see the list of bus route from your current location to the next
- Choose a bus route, contact bus operator to make reservation. 

As a guest having a gift card, You are eligible to gain these benefits below.

- We guarantee that you are insured when making deposit and payment online. We ensure that all reservations are safe and secured. If anything happens, we take full responsibility to compensate you 100% at any accommodations or any operation in our chain.

- If you don't receive a service you reserved with us as promised, a host or an operator who is responsible for the service will take responsibility to compensate you. If she/he doesn't have your agreement to deal with the circumstance, you are eligible to send a complaint to our hotline with evidence. We will investigate and refund 100% the service expense to you. The compensation will be a discount bonus in your next service.

Please note in mind that we will only compensate of a service you have a trouble with, not a full payment. 

1, I don't have gift card but recommnded by a friend, is there any chance I get a gift card?

as a recommended guest, you will receive 5% on the total payment when using our service. After the service completion, you will receive a physical gift card

2, Is there any limits regarding applying the gift card?

The gift card policy is applied when you make a direct reservation with an accommodation host or excursio operator. If you make an online reservation, the service booked is not applied the gift card policy

3, If I get discount or promotion from services at a homestay/hotel such as happy hour, discount on food due to the accommodation policy, is the gift card policy still applied?

The gift card policy is applied in any cases. If you get a discount from the host or a promotion, you are still eligible to get 15% on top of the total bill after on-site promotions.

4, An operator or host forgets to give me a gift card after service completion, how do I handle it?

You can simply inform a host / an operator of the next place the situation. They will contact your previous host / operator to confirm the situation. You are still eligible to be applied the policy.


5, If I forgot a gift card somewhere, is the policy still applied ?

Take an example to demonstrate the situation

You forgot before coming to Vietnam. If you can prove the situation is correct, you will be received another gift card to apply for the policy. Otherwise, the first service will be 5% discounted.

6, If you travel in a group, will only me get a discount policy ?

We happily inform that you and your friends will be discounted accordingly to polices as long as they travel with you in a group at the departure of service. We only accept a group discount in case we received your notice 1 day before the departure.

7, If I have both the QR code ticket and the gift card, do I get combined discount from both policies?

Unfortunately, we only accept either one in each service. If you have a QR code ticket, and the gift card you can give it to a friend or someone else supporting the person.

8, Can I apply a discount policy when I make different services at 1 place / operator?

Yes, you are eligible to apply the discount on the total bill you make with a host / an operator no matter they are accommodation, excursion or transportation. As long as these services you reserve provided in our chain, the discount policy is applied. This helps you to not have to contact so many operators/hosts.
